Steve brings to Applied Research more than 25 years of developing talent in a wide range of businesses, including financial services, pharmaceutical, medical, manufacturing, airlines, utilities, as well as the public and education sectors. Since 1982, he has managed international assignments, specializing in aligning organizational culture and capabilities with business strategies, assessing developing leaders at all levels, refining business vision and direction, designing effective change processes, and working with senior executives and work teams as well as extensive one-on-one coaching.
Prior to joining Applied Research, Steve was vice president of an executive career transition firm. He was also an internal organization development consultant for a division of the CIGNA Corporation. Affiliated with the Center of Creative Leadership and Rensselaer at Hartford since 1988, he is the co-author of a leadership development guide.
He received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and holds graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Columbia University. |
