Ann is a specialist in executive coaching and performance management. Her background is in business strategy consulting with wide-ranging experience in international and cross-cultural settings. She is recognized for her ability to meld the needs of business with the development of people, and for her skills in team and individual coaching and issue facilitation. At Applied Research, Ann has coached participants in development, transition and issue resolution settings.
Ann has worked for international consultancies with clients including Atlas Copco, ICI, Ingram Micro, Johnson & Johnson and Sun, following her teaching experience in the U.K. and business experience in the United States.
Ann has a BSc degree in physics (first class honours), a postgraduate certificate of education, and participates regularly in coaching and development programs. She is a member of ICF and the IoD (UK Institute of Directors) and is chairperson of Shared Experience Theatre. |
