Michael Efran, Ph.D. |

With extensive experience creating and implementing organization development programs, Michael Efran is one of Applied Research's senior designers of simulations as well as a skilled assessor.
Michael has created corporate culture change, talent development and assessment programs that have reached tens of thousands of people in numerous Fortune 500 companies. He worked with Price Waterhouse to produce a team building simulation that concurrently involved more than 300 people and with organizations including Marriott Lodgings, Pfizer and The Girl Scouts of America to develop large-scale 360 feedback systems. His strong technical background is invaluable as he leads applied research for government and corporate clients and basic research on human behavior.
Michael holds a bachelor's of arts degree from The City College of New York and a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Texas. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), The American Psychology Association and The American Society for Training and Development. |
