At Applied Research, Jeff McCollum utilizes his more than 30 years of experience in line and staff assignments to improving individual and organizational performance. He has held senior positions in sales, marketing, and HR within AT&T and Pfizer.
Jeff has led large-scale organizational change projects, designed and implemented performance management systems, and led cultural change projects tied to business strategy. Much of his organizational work has been conducted in situations characterized by significant organizational flux such as strategic redeployment, divestitures, joint ventures and acquisitions. As a consultant, he has worked principally with health care and high tech organizations, as well as CEO's and boards of non-profit organizations.
Coaching clients include middle and senior-level managers in Pfizer, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Eaton Cutler-Hammer and several non-profit organizations. In addition, he has been involved in Applied Research's assessment and coaching interventions in the pharmaceutical industry. Much of this work has focused on executives in transition to significant new assignments or engaged in shifting a culture.
He holds a bachelor's of arts degree in history from Princeton University and an MSOD from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership in Indianapolis and is active in community leadership programs. He has contributed essays to Insights on Leadership and Reflections on Leadershipรข??both published by John Wiley. |
