Coaching Skills Facilitator
Christian is a highly experienced facilitator in the areas of communication, teamwork and individual development planning and has worked with companies across a wide range of industries to enable individuals and organizations to cultivate and leverage sound business skills, Christian's style is engaging and inviting as he encourages others to discover the potential they have for improving organizational and personal effectiveness.
Prior to joining Applied Research, Christian worked for several years with Holt Learning, a training and development outsource firm. His main areas of responsibility were account management, business development support and program development and facilitation. Christian began his career with the CML Group, where he was involved with product training, sales process training, performance evaluation, coaching, recruitment and hiring. He has coached with H.J. Heinz Corporation where he focused on needs assessment and client motivation as well as LRC International, where he focused on programs to build leadership capability.
Christian received his B.Sc. degree in Psychology and Marketing from Albright College, Pennsylvania and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
