Requirements
- Minimum of five years appropriate experience in a sophisticated business or consulting environment
- Advanced degree required (e.g., MBA or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and/or key equivalent professional / managerial experience)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Group facilitation skills
- Experience delivering sensitive and complex feedback
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to meet all deliverables and commitments in a timely manner
- Overnight travel (multiple days) is required
- Desire and capability to work well in a team environment
